I would like to inquire regarding home loan, i am a depositor of metrobank fairview branch, what are the requirements, thanks a lot!
Usually, they will require these things for a Home Loan:
1. Valid and Goverment ID’s
2. Proof of income for employees like Cert Of Employment and COmpensation, Income Tax Return and Payslip
3. Proof of income for businessmen like ITR, Financial Statements
4. Bank Statements
5. TCT, CCT or Tax Declaration of the property whatever is applicable
The others will depend on your bank so its better that you contact them directly, they will also give you some forms to fill up. Goodluck and GodBless!
