MID RISE Check the views and orientation of the unit. You might be buying an affordable condo but the view might be squatters area or roofs of old houses. Also check if there are enough openings for air to come in the building. Some developers place large side openings on their buildings to make the Atrium roomy and airy. |
HIGH RISE If there are a lot of units in the building, the elevators should be at least two or more to prevent long lines. Also ask if theres an emergency generator in their elevators. Some modern lifts if power was interrupted in the 40Th floor for example will enable you to go down to ground level before it completely stops.
